Who we are
Frankly Being is operated by Frank Knight, based in Montego Bay, Jamaica. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use franklybeing.com, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
- ·Name and email address — when you take the quiz, create an account, or purchase a product.
- ·Quiz results — your scattered type and score breakdown, used to personalise your PDF guide and course experience.
- ·Purchase history — which tier you purchased and when, used to grant course access.
- ·Course progress — which modules you have completed, used to drive personalised follow-up emails.
- ·Email engagement — whether you open or click emails we send, used to improve relevance and identify deliverability issues.
We do not collect payment card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we only receive a confirmation that the payment succeeded.
How we use your information
- ·To deliver the products and services you purchased or requested.
- ·To send you your personalised PDF guide and course access credentials.
- ·To send you email sequences related to your quiz type, course progress, and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- ·To monitor course completion and send timely nudges if you fall behind pace.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate the site. Each has its own privacy policy.
- ·Stripe — payment processing. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure form and never reach our servers.
- ·Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery. Your email address is shared with Resend solely to send emails on our behalf.
- ·Supabase — secure cloud database where your profile, quiz results, and course progress are stored.
Email marketing
By taking the quiz or creating an account, you consent to receiving email from Frankly Being. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at any time by visiting franklybeing.com/unsubscribe. Unsubscribing removes you from all future marketing emails but does not affect transactional emails (receipt, course access).
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as you have an account with us or as required to provide the services you purchased. If you wish to have your data deleted, contact us at the address below and we will action the request within 30 days.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
