Who these terms apply to
These terms govern use of franklybeing.com and existing Frankly Being digital purchases. The site is operated by Frank Knight, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Digital products
New course and coaching sales have closed. Existing digital purchases retain their original access and benefits. Getting Unstuck is a separate planned working-session service; payment will open after the booking and payment service is ready. No physical goods are shipped.
Getting Unstuck — separate service terms
Seller: Frank Knight, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Policy version: 2026-09-21. $149 USD once includes intake, one 60-minute session, a one-page seven-day action plan within two business days, a check-in seven days after the completed session and one personal response within two business days of your reply. Business days are Monday–Friday in Jamaica, with deadlines at the same local time two weekdays later. No subscription, implementation work or automatic KnightOps credit is included.
Sessions start Monday–Friday between 9 am and noon America/Jamaica (UTC−5), finish by 1 pm, require 48 hours’ notice and a 15-minute buffer, and are limited to 10 per Jamaica Monday–Sunday week. Your session must finish within 30 days of payment. Reminders arrive 48 hours and two hours before; confirmation replaces an already-due 48-hour reminder.
Your payment covers the service. Once your appointment is confirmed, that time is reserved exclusively for you.
- Before booking
- You may cancel for a full refund before your first appointment is reserved.
- After booking
- We do not offer voluntary cancellation refunds. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you and removed from availability for other customers.
- One free reschedule
- You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice before your original appointment. The replacement must be available, provide at least 48 hours’ notice, and finish within 30 days of your original payment.
- Late cancellations and no-shows
- The session is normally forfeited. Frank considers emergencies individually.
- If Frank cancels
- You may choose a replacement appointment or a full refund.
- If no suitable appointment is available after payment
- You receive a full refund.
- After the session
- A change of mind or an unexpected business outcome does not automatically qualify for a refund. If a promised part of the service is missing or defective, Frank will address the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required.
These rules do not remove applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights. Where legally required, any cancellation deduction must reflect permissible loss or work supplied. Customers with a statutory cooling-off period must separately request that work begin during that period; selecting an appointment alone does not waive their rights.
To request cancellation, a refund or an emergency exception, email hello@franklybeing.com with your name, purchase date and account email. Do not send card details. Opening the email link does not submit a request; send your message to Frank.
Existing course purchase refund policy
Course purchases carry a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. If the course is not for you, email hello@franklybeing.com within 14 days of purchase and ask for your money back. You do not need to give a reason, and the fact that access was granted immediately does not affect your right to a refund within that window. If you have a technical issue preventing access to a product you purchased, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

- ·Attempt to bypass or circumvent any access controls on the site.
Payments
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars. Frank Knight is the merchant of record. By completing a purchase you authorise the charge to your payment method for the amount shown at checkout.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes do not retrospectively remove the terms, rights or benefits attached to an existing purchase.
