These terms govern your use of franklybeing.com and any products or services purchased through it. The site is operated by Frank Knight, Montego Bay, Jamaica. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Digital products

Frankly Being sells digital products only: course access and personalised PDF guides. No physical goods are shipped. Access to paid products is granted immediately upon successful payment and is tied to your account.

Refund policy

Because our products are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, we do not offer refunds once access has been provided. If you have a technical issue preventing access to a product you purchased, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Not professional advice

The content on this site — including the quiz, course, PDF guides, and all written material — is for personal development and educational purposes only. Acceptable use
